Yoga classes with Laura will include Yoga postures and sequences that are designed to improve joint health and stretch the muscles, undoing any aches and pains caused by office chairs, desks and computers.
Breathwork practices will be integrated into the sequences in order to clear your mind, and gentle mindfulness meditation will reduce stress and help to improve your quality of sleep.
Whether you need to focus and achieve improved productivity and creativity, or to unwind and find your full stop at the end of the week, Yoga with Laura is here to help you find some time for yourself, and to guide you through your practice.
I am a languages teacher who became inspired to pursue Yoga whilst teaching English in the foothills of the Himalayas.
My training includes 100 hours of Meditation, Pranayama, Vinyasa and Ashtanga at the Bali School of Yoga, and 500 hours of Vinyasa, Yoga Nidra, Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga with My Vinyasa Practice.
I continue to develop my skills through continued learning, advanced studies as well as deepening my own personal practice. I’m a huge fan of nature, so when I’m not teaching or practicing Yoga, I’ll be exploring the outdoors taking long walks in the countryside. My perfect Sunday would consist of a lazy morning and brunch, getting lost taking photos in the hills, watching a great film and of course, some Yoga!
