Choose Enterprise for a larger company, more active Tracks, or requirements such as SSO/SAML, custom automations and procurement support. Smaller companies can choose Enterprise too. Plans are based on your total company headcount. All employees count, including people who do not use Doozy or take part in a program. Core covers companies with up to 350 employees. Using Doozy with a smaller group does not change which plan your company qualifies for.

A Track is a multi-step workflow that can include messages, tasks, quizzes, surveys and other steps. Core includes up to 3 active Tracks. Each Track can be assigned to multiple employees. Draft, paused and archived Tracks do not count towards the limit.

Core is available with monthly or annual billing in US dollars. Annual billing is paid upfront and costs less than paying monthly. Enterprise pricing and billing terms are agreed with our team based on your company's size and requirements.

Core includes support by email and Slack. Enterprise includes a dedicated customer success manager, with service commitments agreed as part of your contract. We can discuss the support your team needs before you choose a plan.

Doozy provides a SOC 2 report, a Data Processing Agreement and documentation on security controls and subprocessors. Enterprise includes SSO/SAML, security questionnaire support, custom contracts and invoice billing. Our team can work with IT and procurement to assess your requirements.Review trust and security
