Frequently asked questions

Employees receive short lessons and quizzes in Slack, through direct messages or the channels you choose. They answer quiz questions inside Slack without opening a separate training app. You can send a whole quiz at once or spread its questions over several days. Doozy records who has started, who has finished and how they answered.See how Doozy works in Slack

No. Keep your learning management system for the courses you already run there, and use Doozy for shorter training in Slack: product updates, policy refreshers and knowledge checks. You can reuse your source material to create that training. Completion and quiz results are tracked in Doozy; courses and results do not automatically sync with your LMS.

A quiz is a set of questions that checks what someone knows. A learning track is a scheduled sequence that can combine short lessons, quizzes and tasks. Use a standalone quiz for a quick knowledge check, or a track when people need to work through material over several days or weeks. You choose when each step arrives.Explore learning tracks

Yes. Build training around your own policies, processes and product information. For example, send a short lesson explaining a policy change, then follow it with questions about what employees should do in practice. Your team controls the content and correct answers, so the training can reflect how your company works rather than a generic course.

Yes. Upload your source material or add a public web link, and Doozy drafts questions and answers for you to review and edit. AI uploads support PDF, plain text, Markdown, CSV and TSV files, up to 20 MB per file. For content behind a login, upload the material instead. Check the draft against your source before scheduling it in Slack.Explore AI quiz creation

Yes. Send quizzes to selected people, Slack channel members, employee groups, new hires or managers and their teams. For learning tracks, you can also filter who joins by group, country, work location or manager status. These choices use the employee information available in Doozy, so department and reporting-line targeting depend on that information being present and up to date.See HR system integrations

Mark a quiz as mandatory and set its reminder interval and reminder window. Doozy then sends Slack reminders to people who have not finished, including quizzes delivered through a learning track. You can set a due date and check completion in the dashboard. Reminders stop when the person finishes or the configured window ends, so you control how long follow-up continues.

Yes. Deliver a quiz one question or one round at a time, choosing the days and time it is sent. Learning tracks can combine lessons and quizzes across several days or weeks. For a later refresher, schedule another quiz run or add a later knowledge check to the track, then review its results to decide what needs another explanation.

See who has not started, who is in progress and who has completed a quiz, alongside scores and question-level answers. Use the results to find outstanding training and questions people are getting wrong. Participant and answer reports can be downloaded as CSV files, including completion dates, scores and responses. Department and manager details are included in participant reports when available.Explore training reports
