Subscription Terms
Active User Definition
Doozy will bill you based on the number of active users in your team. An active user is defined as an individual who meets any of the following conditions:
- The user belongs to a Slack channel with a Doozy activity running, such as Celebrations, Introductions, or Daily Trivia.
- The user recieves content, Introductions, or Celebrations from other users through the Doozy platform.
- The user joins a video call within a Doozy room.
- The user is a designated admin or owner.
- The user has not been disabled by an admin.
As a Doozy admin, you can disable users at any time. Disabled users will not be considered active users for billing purposes.
Calculation of Active Users
The count of active users is determined based on the number of unique active users within a 30-day window. Only unique users meeting the aforementioned conditions will be included in the active user count.
Monthly Subscription
If you have a monthly subscription plan, the following policy will apply:

At the start of your subscription, you will be charged based on the number of active users in your team at that time.

In future billing periods, you will be billed for the number of active users determined in the previous 30 days.
Annual Subscription
If you have an annual subscription plan, the following policy will apply:

At the start of your subscription, you will be charged based on the number of active users in your team at that time.

Starting from the subscription commencement date, Doozy will bill you every month for any additional active users beyond the initial count for the remaining billing period.

In the event of fewer active users than initially accounted for, you will receive a pro-rata credit for the remaining billing period.
