What Are Tracks?

Tracks are automated workflows that guide users through a series of steps. Think of them as programmable journeys you design once and Doozy runs automatically. Each track consists of steps that execute at the right time — sending messages, delivering quizzes, collecting feedback, scheduling introductions, and more.

Build With Steps

Tracks are built from modular step types that you can combine in any order:

Message — Send personalized messages with dynamic variables like {{user}} and {{manager}}
Quiz — Test knowledge with interactive, scored quizzes
Poll — Collect quick feedback with single-question polls
Survey — Gather detailed insights with multi-question surveys
Delay — Add time gaps between steps (hours, days, or weeks)

Trigger Automatically

Choose how users enter your tracks:

User Joined — Start automatically when someone joins your workspace
Manual — Add specific users when you need precise control
Schedule — Run at specific times for recurring programs

Track Progress

Monitor completion rates, see who's in progress, and identify where users get stuck. Export detailed CSV reports for compliance and audit purposes.
