We've made several improvements to how to-do items work in the Slack App Home, giving users more control and admins better guidance.
Dismiss Non-Mandatory Items
Not every survey or poll is mandatory, and now users can acknowledge that. When an item is optional, users can dismiss it from their to-do list without completing it. This keeps the to-do list focused on what truly matters while still giving everyone visibility into available opportunities.
Unscheduled Introductions in To-dos
Introductions that haven't been scheduled yet now appear in the to-do list. This gentle reminder helps ensure that valuable connection opportunities don't slip through the cracks—users can see pending introductions and take action to schedule them.
Admin Recommendations
Admins now see contextual setup tips and recommendations directly in the App Home. These actionable cards surface configuration opportunities like "Enable work anniversaries" or other features that might benefit your team, making it easier to get the most out of Doozy.
