Getting Connected

Individual users can connect their calendar by navigating to doozy.live > Your Profile > Connect. Once connected, all Doozy-scheduled events will appear in your calendar automatically.

New Matching Preferences

With your HRIS connected, you can now configure Roulette to match employees based on:

• Seniority: Match people at similar levels for peer connections, or pair senior employees with junior team members for mentorship opportunities
• Tenure: Connect employees with similar time at the company, or introduce long-tenured employees to newer team members

Automatic Data Sync

These matching preferences are powered entirely by your existing HRIS data—no manual data entry required. Doozy automatically syncs employee information to ensure matches are always based on current data.

Set up Doozy Roulette

We've introduced automated reminder notifications for celebration cards to ensure no one misses the chance to add their personal message.

How It Works

When a celebration card is created for a birthday or work anniversary, Doozy will now automatically send a gentle reminder to team members who haven't signed the card after 4 days. This helps ensure that every card is filled with thoughtful messages before the celebration date.

You can now choose from three different delivery options when scheduling a quiz:

• All at Once: Deliver the entire quiz immediately for teams who want to complete it in one session
• One Question Per Day: Spread engagement across multiple days with a single question delivered each day
• One Round Per Day: Deliver a complete round of questions daily for more substantial daily engagement
